Refund Policy

Last updated: March 2025

At Oddah, we want you to be happy with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Oddah premium plans (Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime) purchased through our app.

1. Purchases Through App Stores

Oddah subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not directly charge your payment method; the app store does. As a result, refund requests must be handled through the platform where you made the purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Apple (iOS): Request a refund through Apple's report-a-problem page or via your Apple ID account settings. Apple will review your request and decide in accordance with their refund policy.
  • Google (Android): Request a refund through the Google Play Store (order history or help centre). Google will process the request according to their refund policy.

We cannot issue refunds ourselves for app-store purchases. If you need help locating the right place to request a refund, contact us and we can point you to the correct link for your device.

3. Eligibility and Timeframes

Each platform has its own rules for when refunds are allowed (e.g., within a certain period after purchase, for unused subscriptions, or in cases of technical failure). We encourage you to request a refund as soon as you decide you want one, as approval and timing depend entirely on Apple or Google.

4. What Happens After a Refund

If a refund is granted by the app store, your access to premium features will end in line with the platform's processing. We will not pursue any further charges for that purchase. Your account and any free-tier features will remain available unless you choose to delete your account.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (chargeback) without first requesting a refund through the app store, the platform may suspend your account. We recommend contacting us or using the app store's refund process before initiating a chargeback.

6. Cancellation (No Refund Required)

You can cancel a recurring subscription (Monthly or Yearly) at any time through your device or app store settings. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period. If you cancel, you will keep premium access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
